Kyoto Shijo Bar Shinsei is an izakaya produced by the Yamamoto Honke family, which was founded in 1677. Enjoy seasonal Kyoto cuisine and sake in a Japanese-style space in a renovated machiya (townhouse) more than 100 years old.
